Current Openings

Clinical Assistants
The qualified candidate will assist with preparation of patients and procedures, referrals, patient messages and calls as requested by physicians. In addition, offer safe, therapeutic and efficient care and services to patients, which may include administering medications and educating patients and their families. Requirements: Responsible, team oriented individual. Medical assistant certification or one – two years of primary care experience in a physician practice. Clinical medical office experience in an electronic environment (EHR) preferred.

Patient Visit Coordinators
Assure patient visit are carried out with consistency and courtesy. Duties include, but are not limited to: Greet patients; schedule appointments; expedite patient flow; answer telephone; verify insurances and collect appropriate co-pays and other duties as assigned. Requirements: High school graduate. Prefer 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting, utilizing a computer system for physician scheduling.

Billing Specialists
Responsible for collecting, posting and managing account payments. Responsible for submitting claims and following up with insurance companies. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in medical billing; knowledge of medical terminology and codes.
