Millcreek Community Hospital is seeking a full time Director of Health Information Management.
SUMMARY: Directs and supervises all Medical Record Department functions, including record completion, transcription, indexing, abstracting, coding, research, filing, storage, tumor registry, retrieval and maintenance.
Education Requirement: Bachelors Degree in health information management,
Certification RHIA or RHIT preferred
Physical Requirements: Must be in good general health and demonstrate emotional stability. Must be able to lift up to and in excess of 25 pounds throughout the workday. Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during working hours.
