About the LECOM Institute for Successful Aging

LECOM Health offers a full continuum of care from Independent Living and Personal Care apartments to Skilled Nursing Care and Outpatient services including In-Home Care, Home Health, and Hospice under the direction of the LECOM Institute for Successful Aging.

The Visiting Nurse Association, a part of the LECOM Institute for Successful Aging, is seeking a motivated, self-starter to lead our Home Health team as the Administrator. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with prior Home Health experience, having held a previous Administrator or Management role with strong clinical skills and expertise in all applicable governmental regulations.

The Home Health Administrator will be responsible to manage the day to day operations, supervision of all Home Health services provided to LECOM VNA patients and implementing and supervising the clinical and administrative policies and procedures.

This will include responsibilities to organize and direct the agency’s ongoing functions, including positive clinical outcomes, quality standards, documentation, hiring and scheduling of staff, training of LECOM VNA staff promoting the health and safety of LECOM VNA patients while being fiscally responsible.

The Administrator will perform patient visits on a regular ongoing basis, as well as conduct training visits with agency personnel.

Ensure the completion and accurate documentation meeting all regulatory and contractual requirements.

Will supervise and evaluate patient satisfaction survey reports, receive and address complaints from patient or patient’s families and representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be licensed as a registered nurse in Pennsylvania or have a graduate nurse license.
  • Must obtain and/or maintain current certifications in CPR and First Aid.
  • Must have previous experience as an administrator and/or manager within a related healthcare setting
