The LECOM Institute for Successful Aging is currently seeking Full Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for its Skilled Nursing Facilities including LECOM Senior Living Center, LECOM Nursing and Rehabilitation and, our newest addition, LECOM at Village Square.

Several scheduling options are available including 8 or 12 hour shifts, weekdays only, alternating weekends, and Baylor programs.

*Recent LPN graduates are encouraged to apply, as training is provided.*


The Licensed Practical Nurse combines nursing knowledge and skills to administer medications, provide treatments, perform general nursing duties, and supervisory support to the Resident Concierge/ CNA while operating in a resident centered environment.


  • Must be licensed as a practical nurse in Pennsylvania or have a graduate nurse license.
  • Must obtain and/or maintain current certifications in CPR and First Aid.

The RN and LPN Tuition Reimbursement Program was created to assist LECOM Health employees by offsetting a portion of their educational expenses. Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses may be eligible for tuition reimbursement up to a maximum of $22,000.*
