NURSE AIDE

Millcreek Community Hospital, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is currently hiring two Day Time Shift Nurse Aide’s in our IRU. One FT36 and one WE36. ACE FT36 DAY shift.

Cares for patients in hospital, nursing home, or other medical facility, under direction of nursing and medical staff, performing the following duties.

Under the supervision of the Unit Leader or delegate, will assist in planning, or organizing, implementing and evaluating activities which occur at the nurse’s station.
Will perform clerical duties and help to maintain the physical environment of the area.
Will answer call bells, provide patient care as directed, complete vital signs, assists with transporting patients to other areas. etc.

Qualifications:

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience
