Millcreek Community Hospital is seeking a full time Utilization Review Manager.

SUMMARY:  Reviews medical records to determine appropriateness and medical necessity of  admissions, continued hospital stay, and use of ancillary services.  Communicates  with hospital departments and with Physician Advisors (PA’s) to clarify and to  maintain patient care criteria to ensure continuous quality patient care and  improvement.


Education Requirements:                                High School Education

Minimum Experience:                                     Nursing or Medical Record Technician or two years experience in Utilization Review

Required Course(s)/Training:                         ICD-CM
