LECOM Health Specialists – SLC is a provider-based clinical practice under LECOM Medical Center.
LECOM Health Specialists – SLC offers primary care and consultative clinical services in geriatric medicine across the entire continuum of care. Our specialists work with primary care physicians, patients and families to encourage independence and shared decision-making in outlining the appropriate plan of care. In short, the Institute can diagnosis and treat an acute illness, provide transitional care after surgery, and also facilitate short term and long term rehab all within the same health care campus.
The office is located in the LECOM Senior Living Center, 5535 Peach Street. The Senior Living Center is conveniently located adjacent to LECOM Medical Center and near the LECOM Medical Fitness and Wellness Center.
