Dr. Tursi has been my wife and I's Dr. for many years. He is without question the best PCP we have ever had! His bedside manners are perfect. He also explains everything so anyone can know exactly what's happening. Choosing Dr. Tursi will be one of your wisest decisions!

My first "New"PCP in a few years. I was so nervous, coming from Tennessee. OMG!!! When you walk in the office, it's like "First Class" on an airplane. The office has beautiful art. The receptionist (Jesslyna) and my New Dr. , ( Dr. Tursi) both gave me a very welcome greeting. Everything was explained in detail to me from beginning to end. I was only in the waiting room 10 minutes.( New paperwork) Was kindly greeted by Renee, and a younger Dr. . Waited less than 5 minutes. Renee explained everything. Super kind, Dr. Tursi, took plenty of time for my concerns. ( After some REALLY horrible experiences in Chattanooga...) I left their office with a HUGE smile. HALLELUJAH!!!! I found a GREAT Dr. With a GREAT STAFF!!! DEFINITELY recommend!!!!! ( If I could give 10 stars .... I would!!!)

I set a visit for a rash on my knee for weeks ahead of time because I travel for work. A couple weeks later I start having a bunch of internal issues. One of which feels like a recurrence of dvt/pe (blood clots in lungs.) This is worrisome but it doesn't feel as bad as the first time, years ago, so I felt I could wait rather than going to ER. So I make a list of my concerns like I have heard one should do when seeing a doctor. On appointment day I start going over them but Dr Tursi says I should have conveyed them ahead of time so he would know to schedule more time for me. I understand that and would've made the adjustment going forward no problem. Anyway, he was with me less than 10 minutes. Got xrays and ct scan. A few days later I get a letter that he is discontinuing our doctor-patient relationship. On one hand I can understand maybe he has had patients that do that every visit and he has no tolerance for it. But not even a warning? I didn't try pushing him to stay longer going over more concerns... I wordlessly accepted it and left half my list unmentioned. After the scans he never contacted me about the results. No follow up to possibly get a d-dimer test. I'm in pain and scared my symptoms will progress to life-threatening again and he drops me like I'm garbage. Expect perfection? A few months ago, his staff mistakenly set duplicate sonograms for different days. This caused confusion over at Dr. Kiesling's office who told me the second one was a CT scan. Radiology had both as sonogram, second one not supposed to have been set. Then mistake after mistake after mistake occurred in Kiesling's office and nothing ever was accomplished... except correct billing...

He has been my doctor since I was little. He took over for a different doctor. Dr Tursi and his staff are very polite and easy going. When you call for an appointment cause you are sick. You are scheduled usually within a couples to see him. I used to get allergy shots when I was going up. When I was little he had this one nurse (can't remember her name) but every time she gave me my shot my arm would hurt and have a knot where the shot was. So I asked Dr Tursi if he would start giving me my shot and he did. He is a very excellent Doctor.

My Son goes here. He hates doctors but doctor Tursi and his staff are very gentle and patient with him! They even have a dog companion that my son loves to see when he comes here.
