Douglas Fronzaglia, D.O., is a geriatric medicine specialist, a fellowship-trained physician with the LECOM Institute for Successful Aging. In practice for more than 14 years, Dr. Fronzaglia specializes in preventive and acute care of the elderly and manages patients both in the hospital and multiple nursing facilities and personal care communities in Erie and Crawford Counties. Dr. Fronzaglia graduated from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency and fellowship at Millcreek Community Hospital. Dr. Fronzaglia is the medical director at the LECOM Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit located inside Millcreek Community Hospital. He is also a certified wound care specialist and is an attending physician with the LECOM Institute for Advanced Wound Care.
