Meghan McCarthy, D.O.

Overview

Meghan McCarthy, D.O., is board certified in psychiatry, and is the medical director for psychiatric services at LECOM Institute for Behavioral Health. She received her medical degree and Master of Science in Medical Education from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) and completed her residency training at Millcreek Community Hospital (MCH). She completed her fellowship training in rural and community psychiatry with the Psychiatric Pennsylvania Leadership Council. Dr. McCarthy also serves as the director of MCH’s psychiatric residency program. She specializes in treating individuals with all degrees of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, thought disorders and substance use disorders.
