She completed her fellowship training in rural and community psychiatry with the Psychiatric Pennsylvania Leadership Council. Dr. McCarthy also serves as the director of MCH’s psychiatric residency program. She specializes in treating individuals with all degrees of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, thought disorders and substance use disorders.
