R. Anthony Snow, M.D., FAAFP, is board certified in family medicine and sees patients at Eastside Medical Center, where he also serves as a preceptor. Dr. Snow is president and co-founder of WellFit Incorporated, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the health and wellbeing of children and their families. He also is medical director for the Erie County Department of Health and is a member of several professional organizations, and serves on several nonprofit boards of directors.

Now retired from the United States Air Force where he served as a flight surgeon, chief of clinical services, chief flight medicine, and colonel and chief professional services, Dr. Snow received several military honors, including the United States Air Force Meritorious Service Medal #3 Iraq Campaign Medal, 914 Airlift Wing Outstanding Field Grade Officer of the Year United States Air Force Commendation Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Service Medal, and more.

Dr. Snow is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards throughout his career:
