I wanted to convey my thoughts in reference to Dr. Ryan Lynch. He sees my son. I attend every appointment with my son and he has been seeing this doctor since 2005. I've been able to observe the type of care that my son has received during his appointments for his migraines. My son also experiences other deficiencies that Dr. Lynch was able to recognize from the very first appointment. It made it a little bit easier to sit there and watch the communication between my son and him. You see Dr. Lynch was able to communicate and allowed my son to convey his thoughts without rushing my son. In the past other professionals have been very irritable and impatient which caused my son to feel inadequate. I've always had the philosophy courage, don't discourage & Dr. Lynch seems to follow this philosophy naturally at every appointment. He encourages my son to convey his thoughts and what he's feeling, which has given my son a sense of accomplishment but most of all acceptance. This is something he's never experienced before even through his school age years. I feel very blessed that my son, although it's brief, has Dr. Lynch as a professional to help him. I'm of the old schooling and had a guy that was the best neighbor. The best coach, the best teacher who everybody wanted to have helping form their child and to be there for them. I have not witnessed that with any of my six children in all our years, Dr. Lynch is a phenomenal doctor and person because he does so much just being there during those appointments and listening with unlimited amount of patience. Kenneth comes out with a feeling of success out of his appointments. So many professionals in the past and teachers from his school age years would cut him off and shut him down. Dr. Lynch gives him all the time he needs now he's learning to convey his thoughts. It's a wonderful thing for a parent to witness this, especially when it involves one of our six precious children. This organization is very fortunate to have such a caring person on their staff and I feel very blessed that my son has this doctor on his side for his care.

Dr Lynch’s staff informs us at every appointment that he runs late, and will spend whatever time is needed with each patient. We never feel rushed regardless of the schedule. He does a thorough examination. Explains everything thoroughly, and lets you ask all the questions with no judgment. He gives you all the options, explains the pros & cons of each, making sure you understand, and are comfortable with the treatment plan. Very grateful to have had him recommended to us. Knowing he’s likely to be late, we plan accordingly. Something to read, or other entertainment. No plans scheduled around the appointment.
