We are seeking a dedicated MSW (Master of Social Work) to join our growing team to provide essential counseling services to individuals in need, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches.

This position would provide these services primarily at the four Skilled Nursing Facilities of LECOM Institute for Successful Living located in Erie, PA as well as provide coverage at our four Personal Care Homes.

Duties
– Conduct patient assessments to determine needs and develop appropriate care plans
– Provide individual and group therapy sessions
– Implement behavioral therapy interventions
– Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
– Manage and update patient records accurately
– Participate in case management activities to support patients’ well-being
– Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation

Qualifications
– Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
– Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
– Proficiency in patient assessment techniques
– Experience in case management and group therapy settings
– Knowledge of patient care best practices
– Ability to inhale a compassionate and empathetic approach towards clients
