Utilize your caring and compassionate nature by joining our team at LECOM Nursing and Rehabilitation Center as a Hospice LPN on our newly opened Hospice Specialty Unit with rooms carefully designed to meet client needs throughout their end-of-life journey.

In this role you will specialize in providing end-of-life care for residents with terminal illnesses focusing on delivering compassionate, holistic care that addresses not only physical symptoms but also emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs. Their role is to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients as they approach the end of life.

LPNs in this role will be required to be cross-trained in all other LPN roles within the facility and may need to assist to rotate coverage in those areas.
