- Provide administrative support to Program Directors, GME Administration, residents and fellows as needed across all programs

- Assist in ACGME credentialing process for residency and fellowship, i.e. gathering information for Program Information Forms

Millcreek Community Hospital, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is currently hiring a Full Time Human Resources Recruiter.
SUMMARY: Assists the Human Resources Manager in the recruitment for positions as well as cross trained in the administration of all Human Resource functions. Will be responsible for development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruitment specialist will work with other HR staff and department managers to facilitate new employee on-boarding.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead the development and execution of recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
2. Foster contracts with colleges, associations, professional groups and other potential referral sources
3. Efficiency and effectively fill open positions
4. Conduct frequent meetings with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation and support managers
5. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
6. Measure and report to HR manager on the time it takes to fill respective positions
7. Post openings on various job boards and manage postings
8. Maintain good records during all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
9. Coordinate interviews with candidates and facilitates the onboarding process.
10. Improve the hospital’s online presence to assist in recruiting
11. Give presentations and attend job fairs/conduct open interview sessions
12. Check references
13. Become cross trained in other HR functions
14. Provides confidential administrative support to the Human Resources Manager.
15. Represent the Hospital with professional and courteous customer service.
16. Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Requirements: Post high school education and related HR work experience preferred
Minimum Experience: Related previous experience in working in a healthcare Human Resources preferred.
English Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak the English Language in an understandable manner.
Physical Demands: Must be in good general health and demonstrate
emotional stability. Must be able to lift up to and in excess of 25 pounds throughout the workday. Sit, Stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours.
Working Environment: Generally pleasant environment

In this role you will provide professional nursing care within the ICU; and coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
Minimum Education:
- Associate’s Degree
- Membership of the Stroke team includes mandatory hours of education annually specifically related to diagnosis/assessment and management of acute stroke/ cerebrovascular disease.
Minimum Experience:
- Sufficient previous clinical experience in area of expertise
