LECOM Medical Center and Behavioral Health Pavilion, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is currently seeking multiple PRN (AS NEEDED) Dietary Aide's with weekend and day availability.

Ideal candidate must be OK with cross training.

WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED

Under the direct supervision of the members of the supervisory staff, the Dietary Aide performs a variety of patient food service and dish room duties and other related tasks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assembles prepared food on trays for general and therapeutic diets.

2. Maintains tray line in a clean, neat and orderly manner.

3. Delivers food trucks to patient floors as specified. Returns them to the dish room at designated.

4. Tends and loads dish machine in patient/employee dish room.

5. Washes certain items by hand such as pot, pans and utensils.

6. Disposes of trash and garbage as scheduled. Cleans and sanitizes trash

containers as they are emptied.

7. Cleans and sanitizes all food and supply carts in the department at the end of each shift.

8. Is responsible for cleaning all work tables and surrounding work areas in the dish room and pot washing area at the end of each meal period. Sanitizes after cleaning.

9. Sweeps and mops floors throughout the department at designated times.

10. Maintains clean and sanitary dining areas prior to and following each meal period.

11. Assists in preparing such items as salads, dessert or nourishments.

12. Assists in the storage of food and supplies following deliveries using the first-in, first-out method.

13. Prepares and delivers late trays as instructed.

14. Performs heavy cleaning following the cleaning schedule.

15. Assists in the set-up, service and clean-up of special meetings and functions.

16. Must maintain a current record of attendance to the required inservices as determined by the institution on an annual basis.

Summary

We are seeking Per-Diem RNs and LPNs to join our Preferred PRN Program.

Pay Rate: 

$34.00/hour LPN 

$55.00/hour RN 

Requirements Include:

1. Working a minimum of 12 hours per payroll period (max 30 hours per week).

2. Working in all areas of patient care within the hospital.

3. Working a minimum of 2 holidays per year which would include 1 winter and 1 summer holiday.

Must have active RN or LPN license

General Summary:

  • Under general supervision of the president and in collaboration with the managerial team, the position is responsible for providing medical services to the patients of LECOM Health Medical Associates of Erie.

Main Functions:

  • Provide patient education on eye health and disease prevention.

Position Summary:

The Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with cardiovascular conditions in collaboration with cardiologists and the multidisciplinary care team. The APP will be responsible for performing assessments, developing and managing treatment plans, conducting diagnostic testing, and promoting cardiovascular health and education.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Requirements: Masters Degree Preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required in Recreational Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Music Therapy or other related field

*Documented employment working within the field of psychology in a similar capacity for 4 or more years may be considered if educational requirement is not met.

Minimum Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in behavioral healthcare setting.

English Language Skills: Must be able to read, write and speak the English language in an understandable manner.

Additional Information: This position is full time at 40 hours a week. Group Technicians work 4 days a week at 10 hours a day. Most group techs work one weekend day. Holiday coverage is shared among all group techs.

 LECOM Medical Center and Behavioral Health Pavilion is seeking a full-time 1st shift 7-330PM OR 8-430PM LPN for the Wound Care Center.

SUMMARY: PERFORMS DUTIES UNDER SUPERVISION OF THE Medical Director, Program Director, and/or Clinical Coordinator as appropriate for the program. Is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the hyperbaric chamber(s) and related support systems. Is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance on the hyperbaric chamber(s) and related support systems. Administers hyperbaric oxygen therapy to patients as prescribed by the hyperbaric physician.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or Certificate equivalent. Be certified and/or licensed in one of the following vocations:

Minimum Experience: One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
