Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations. This role is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with a passion for geriatric care, team leadership, and operational excellence. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staff, and maintain strong relationships with facility partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including long-term care pharmacy standards.
• Collaborate with nursing facility staff to ensure accurate and timely medication delivery.
• Lead and mentor pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance and safety protocols.
• Manage vendor relationships and medication procurement.
• Monitor and improve workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy experience.
• At least 2 years of Long-Term Care experience required.
• Previous management or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and long-term care requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with pharmacy management systems and technology.
