Erie, Pa. (May 22, 2025) — LECOM Health announces the appointment of Timothy McGahen, MBA, to the role of Administrator of LECOM Health Corry Memorial Hospital, following Dan Grolemund’s departure to lead Warren General Hospital.
McGahen will assume the new position of Administrator effective June 1, 2025. He will also continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer.
McGahen has worked for CMH since December 2013, starting as Director of Finance/Controller and advancing to Chief Financial Officer in 2020. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Master of Business Administration, he also earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Economics.
Some of his accomplishments during his tenure at LECOM Health include assisting leadership with LECOM’s acquisition of CMH; increasing CMH operating revenue 20%; contracting the 340B consulting group to ensure the program’s compliance and more than doubling 340B revenue; serving as the Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic reimbursement contact within the organization; and partnering with leadership to increase practice revenues by 10% over the last year at Medical Associates of Erie, where he also served as CFO. Prior to his time at CMH, he managed human resources, inventory, accounts receivable, payroll and more at companies such as Lakeview Forge Company, Clear Lake Lumber Inc., and Modern Industries Inc.
