The clinic will begin seeing patients Aug. 9
Erie, Pa. (August 8, 2024) – LECOM Health held a ribbon-cutting ceremony today at their new Rural Health Clinic of Wattsburg, located at 9040 Wattsburg Road in Greene Township.
The clinic will open Friday, Aug. 9, and see patients of all ages Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The clinic will provide a range of services including primary care.
“This new clinic embodies LECOM’s commitment to ensuring every resident of this region has access to high-quality health care, which can be a challenge in rural areas,” said James Lin, D.O., the clinic’s medical director. “We look forward to seeing the positive impact this new location will have on the Wattsburg and Greene Township communities.”
The Wattsburg practice is LECOM Health’s fourth rural health clinic (the others are located in Corry, Union City, and Clymer, N.Y.) designed to improve access to primary care services in non-urbanized areas.
