Dr. Laucks was amazing. He asked in-depth questions to truly get to the bottom of medical issues that no one had ever asked about before. He was incredibly knowledgeable and didn’t simply prescribe another antibiotic. It genuinely felt like he had read my daughter’s chart prior to the appointment. He explained everything clearly and in a way that an 18-year-old could easily understand. We felt heard, respected, and confident in the plan moving forward. Highly recommend. Karla, MA, was very nice as well—kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the visit.
