Vaccine, Testing, and Treatment
The Vaccine, Testing, and Treatment Center is located within the LECOM Center for Health and Aging. It is open to the public Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome for adult vaccines (12+) and pediatric vaccines over the age of 5.
COVID Testing
- Free antigen tests for the public while supplies last.
- Preregistration at https://nwpavaccines.com/ is not required but suggested if you have not been tested at the Vaccine, Testing, and Treatment Center previously.
Test to Treat Program
- In partnership with Colonial Family Pharmacies, we offer treatment to those who test positive. This requires private insurance that participates with Colonial Family Pharmacy, where the medicine is distributed.
- In cases where the insurance is not in participation with Colonial Family Pharmacies, we will attempt to facilitate the prescription by contacting your physician, so that they can submit a prescription to your pharmacy.
COVID Vaccines
- We carry the most up-to-date COVID vaccines available. Private insurances are accepted and there is no cost sharing.
- For those without insurance, we do participate in the CDC’s Bridge Access Program.

Flu Vaccines
- We offer flu vaccines on a walk-in basis and accept private insurances.
- Per CDC, “Most of the time flu activity peaks between December and February, although significant flu activity can last as late as May. Since the start of the COVID pandemic, the timing and duration of flu activity has been less predictable.”
RSV Vaccines
- We now offer RSV vaccines on-site in partnership with Colonial Family Pharmacies. This requires private insurance that participates with Colonial Family Pharmacies.
