SUMMARY:
The LECOM Institute for Successful Living, an Age-Friendly Health System, is currently looking to hire both a Full-time Van Driver to work 40 hours per week and a Part-time or Per Diem (PRN) Van Driver to work approximately 0-15 hours per week transporting and assisting residents to appointments and activities.

The Nursing Scheduler will actively schedule Nursing Staff of all positions to meet staffing levels while maintaining appropriate records and documentation. Will also perform duties to provide resident centered care to patients of the LECOM Institute for Successful Living, and to consistently address and communicate resident needs and concerns.
The ideal candidate would also possess a current C.N.A. certificate in Pennsylvania.
CHARACTERISTIC JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Knowledge, skills, attitude, and energy to consistently provide resident centered care;
- Will be responsible to schedule nursing staff including full time, part time, and PRN staff;
- Responsible to understand ideal and minimum staffing levels for all positions for all shifts and days, and potential changes in those staffing levels;
- Will utilize PRN staff availability to fill available shifts on the master schedule;
- Will contact staff in person, via phone, text and email to schedule fill-ins, pick-ups and adjust scheduling needs;
- Will constantly communicate schedules with all nursing staff, facility scheduler and Nursing management;
- Will schedule all new nursing staff with orientation and training shifts;
- Will work with Nursing Management to review and approve timecards in correspondence with the schedule;
- Will maintain accurate records of what employees are scheduled, time off, and requests;
- Will maintain daily staffing sheets and adjust them appropriately for accuracy and store them for record keeping purposes;
- Will complete any necessary reporting of schedules or hours worked as needed;

The Project Manager is responsible for developing, overseeing, and improving The Graduate Medical Education Residency Program under the direction of the Program Director, implementing changes based on the current accreditation requirements, and preparing for accreditation site visits and review by the ACGME Review Committees.
The ideal Candidate will possess prior Healthcare or Project Management experiences who have the ability to organize materials, scrutinize and interpret regulations and guidelines to create and improve programs and directives, however previous GME coordination experience is not required.
- Provide administrative support to Program Directors, GME Administration, residents and fellows as needed across all programs
- Assist with documentation for resident and fellow training, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, problem solving, and maintaining program and institution files
- Assist in ACGME credentialing process for residency and fellowship, i.e. gathering information for Program Information Forms
- Prepare and assist with all aspects of accreditation requirements, site visits and inspections
- Track and maintain aspects of Residency, including:
- Collection of Goals & Objectives forms
- Assist with data entry of completed reporting forms, evaluations and documentation
- Schedule Resident/Faculty Workshops, meetings and facilities
- Serve on the Orientation Planning Committee
- Keep various schedules and calendars up to date and review appointments as needed with program leadership
- Attend and record minutes at various Committee meetings, and compose agendas as needed, including GME, GMEC, and patient safety
- Maintain program organizational files
- Coordinate all necessary certifications for incoming and existing trainees, including but not limited to BLS, PALS and ACLS
- Complete requests for credentials and verification of training forms
- Assist with licensure
- Facilitate Resident/Fellow membership in appropriate organizations as well as subscriptions/generate user accounts as needed
- Maintain and appropriately communicate the Program Director’s schedule
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls
- Coordinate the Program Director correspondence
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a business related field, required
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Previous Healthcare Experience a plus

The LECOM Institute for Successful Living has an immediate opening for a full-time Nurse Aide Training Program Instructor/Educator (NATCEP). Candidates must possess a valid PA nursing license (RN or LPN). The selected individual will serve as an instructor in a regular classroom and clinical setting, presenting instructions in a state approved Nurse Aide Training Program. The position follows the student from application, through the courses, and provides support through the state examination process, but also acts as an educator for existing and previous Nurse Aide graduates.
Qualifications and Skills

We are experiencing an increased demand for our therapy services. This position will require that care to patients be provided in accordance with the physician’s orders on an as needed basis.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and experience equivalent to:
- Must be licensed SLP in Pennsylvania
- Must have at least one year of institutional experience
- The education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in the appropriate area granted by the American Speech and Hearing Association or
- The educational requirements for certification and is in the process of accumulating the supervised experience required for certification.

LECOM Nursing and Rehabilitation, a part of the LECOM Institute for Successful Living, is accepting resumes and applications for a Full-time Infection Control Nurse within our skilled nursing facility.
Summary:
The Infection Control Nurse performs facility-wide surveillance and data collection as part of an overall infection-control program. He or She would be responsible to investigate possible incidences of infection and implements remedial action, as well as, working with the infection control committee to establish infection control standards and procedures, and educates staff on how to prevent and control infections. The Infection Control Nurse also informs the appropriate state and county organizations of any reportable infections and diseases.
Requirements:
Must have an RN license in the state of PA
Must have/obtain current CPR certification.

- Conduct patient assessments to determine needs, provide treatment recommendations and develop appropriate care plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Implement behavioral therapy interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in case management activities to support patients' well-being
- Manage and update patient records accurately
Qualifications
- Licensed Psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania
- Doctoral degree in Psychology or Neuropsychology from a program accredited by the American Psychological Association
