The LECOM Institute for Successful Living offers primary care and consultative clinical services in geriatric medicine across the entire continuum of care. Our specialists work with primary care physicians, patients and families to encourage independence and shared decision-making in outlining the appropriate plan of care. In short, the Institute can diagnosis and treat an acute illness, provide transitional care after surgery, and also facilitate short term and long term rehab all within the same health care campus.
The Institute also works closely with the LECOM Orthopedic and Vascular Surgery and other specialists to ensure optimum treatment and care.
The LECOM Institute for Successful Living’s main office is located in the LECOM Senior Living Center, 5535 Peach Street. The Senior Living Center is conveniently located adjacent to Millcreek Community Hospital and near the LECOM Medical Fitness and Wellness Center.
