Patient Transport Services

Millcreek Community Hospital offers a complimentary non-emergency wheelchair van transport service to hospital patients who need transportation to home, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or a MCH physician’s office.  In addition, the Millcreek Community Hospital van can provide transportation to patients from their home back to the hospital for tests, procedures, or physical therapy.  The Millcreek Community Hospital van is also utilized for MCH wound care clinic patients.  The van operates daily from Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
