Psychology staff at ACLH complete mental health assessments and psychological evaluations that help to clarify if an area of concern, such as an emotional or behavioral challenge, is reflective of a mental health diagnosis. If it is, they discuss a host of potential treatment recommendations the youth and family may qualify for. These evaluations and assessments often provide the necessary documentation needed in order for the youth and family to access a variety of mental health and behavioral health services.
