Unit Clerk/Aide

The Unit Clerk/Aide is responsible for accommodating the clerical needs of the Operating Room Department. This individual answers telephones, e-mails and schedules appointments for patients. The Unit Clerk/Aide maintains and stocks supplies as needed. Prior experience in maintaining accuracy and security of confidential patient health records is preferred. The Unit Clerk/Aide is also responsible for cleaning in between cases to assure a clean, safe work environment.
